Nice and busy bagel shop near Central Park. I went on a Wednesday around 12 noon and there was a line, but it moved quickly. Nice display of the food available and many different types of bagels plus other items. It took me about 10 minutes in line to order a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on an Everything Bagel for $10. Food came out quickly, very fresh and delicious. I would recommend giving this place a try then walk 5 minutes over to Central Park, find a seat and enjoy!

Excellent place with top-notch service. Their bagels are delicious, generously filled, and rich. you get a real sense of abundance in every bite. Their Everything Bagel is among the best I’ve ever had. And they vegan options!!! Love love their tofu cream cheese they have many other options and I highly appreciate them for that! Highly recommended, and don’t miss the spicy sauce, it’s absolutely worth trying! :)

Because I had guests visiting from abroad, we chose this place after being misled by the crowd outside — but it was a complete disaster. We paid $19 for a sliced salmon bagel and $6.50 for scrambled eggs. After waiting around 20minutes at the register and asking about my order at least 5 times, I finally realized my food had apparently been sitting there the whole time. Even though I kept asking, nobody seemed to care. You end up paying almost $30 for a tiny bagel, yet nobody even looks at you properly and everyone treats you rudely. I’m also adding photos of the lettuce that came inside the bagel, just so people can see it for themselves. If we’re paying $30 per person for breakfast, I think the least you could do is put something fresh inside the bread. Yes, this is a real account and a real review based on my personal experience. I am a local business owner in NYC and I fully understand how important reputation is, which is exactly why I only share honest feedback based on my own experience. My review has nothing to do with personal attacks or other businesses I may or may not have reviewed. Instead of addressing the actual concern I raised, your response has turned into perso

First time visiting this bagel spot, and what a pleasant surprise—a real local gem! The line was insanely long, so we waited a bit, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for any good bagel place in New York City. The hand rolled bagels themselves were delicious, and the lox was especially fresh. The cream cheese was excellent as well. Freshly squeezed orange juice was phenomenal, and the coffee was solid. The space is really small and the layout isn’t ideal, so it felt a bit cramped, but it’s NYC! Overall, definitely worth a visit if you don’t want to wait more than an hour at other bagel spots.

• Got the pastrami bagel. It was packed with meat, tender, and cooked nicely. • Slightly underseasoned for my taste, so I added extra chili sauce, pepper, salt, and more mustard • Pastrami was great if you’re a meat lover; I personally prefer one with more veggies (thought it would have a bit more) • Bagel had a crunchy exterior with a chewy inside. I has really good texture. • Staff were quick to take and serve orders; I just wish there was a bit more patience for customers who are still deciding • Went there early around 8am Monday. It was already busy but no long lines. • Definitely a must-try! Will be back to try one with cream cheese 🥯 Update in response to the owner’s question: •Service during my visit wasn’t excellent. I asked the staff for a recommendation, but he seemed annoyed and only shrugged and pointed at the menu, which didn’t feel very welcoming. Because of that, I went ahead and ordered the pastrami. The pastrami itself was good, but in my opinion not really ideal for an early-morning breakfast bagel, and it was a bit underseasoned for my taste. That said, I’m still open to coming back to try other variations and hoping for a better overall experience next time.
